Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Orders completed before 5pm will typically be shipped around midday the following day. We will email to let you know your order is on the way.

SHIPPING TIMES:

We offer both a 24-hour and 48-hour shipping via a Royal Mail tracked service, once the order processing is complete.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We do not currently offer international shipping outside of the United Kingdom

STORE PICKUP

We do not offer store pickup, our products are shipped from warehouses not safe for the public.

LOCAL DELIVERY

We do not offer local delivery, all products are shipped via courier.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@replenished-vitality.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
